GARDEN, JUDGE:

These claimants are seeking awards for overtime compensation during a period of time that they were employed as houseparents at the respondent’s facility at Institute, West Virginia. Actually, a total of eleven claims were filed, but counsel agreed to present testimony in only two, believing that the testimony of these two claimants would be representative of all pending claims.
