Plaintiff, a Maryland corporation, is a provider of skilled nursing care to persons eligible for those services under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1395, et seq., commonly referred to as the Medicare program. Plaintiff brought this action to recover the sum of $47,189.
