Worthen Bank & Trust Company is a secured creditor of Eugene Morris, the debtor in this Chapter XIII proceeding. Morris bought two automobiles on conditional sale contracts, and the contracts were assigned to Worthen. The question presented is whether Worthen is entitled to an attorney’s fee in accordance with the *1229contracts.
