Plaintiff, a radiologist, brought this suit against defendant hospital for wrongful suspension of his staff privileges. He sought an order restoring them and enjoining the hospital from proceeding against him in the future unless it did so in compliance with due process and with its bylaws. Plaintiff also sought compensatory and punitive damages, attorney fees, and costs.
