Plaintiff David C. Stevenson brings this action under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”), as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621

et seq.,

against defendant J. C. Penney Co. Plaintiff alleges,

inter alia,

that on June 8,1978, defendant willfully discharged plaintiff from employment because of his age.
