This is an appeal from an order denying a father custody of his sons Clark and Theodore, and granting custody to their maternal grandparents.

Clark was born September 10, 1963. When he was four years old, his parents’ marriage broke up and he was placed with his maternal grandparents. N.T. at 21. Shortly thereafter, his parents reconciled, and on June 8, 1968, Theodore was born. N.
