Supreme Court of Alabama April 27, 1979, 77-649 (Haskew v. Bradford)

This appeal involves the attempted foreclosure of a vendor's lien on property for non-payment. Dock Bradford sold the subject property to Robert and Louise Bradford in 1959. The conveyance, which was properly recorded in the Clarke County Probate Office, contained the reservation of a vendor's lien. In 1961, Robert and Louise Bradford conveyed the property to Frank Haskew.
