HESTER, Judge:

On February 16, 1977, appellant Vertcell Sabb was found guilty by a jury of the crimes of simple assault, possession of an instrument of crime, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and rape.

Post trial motions were argued and denied and a sentence of four to twelve years imprisonment was imposed.
