Ricky Anthony Steiner (Husband) appeals from an order of the superior court dated March 11, 1977, dismissing his petition to modify a Colorado custody modification decree,

which in turn modified an earlier California custody decree. The stated ground for the dismissal is that the California court lacked jurisdiction.
