Defendant Gary Gygax moves the court for relief, pursuant to Rule 60(b) of the Federal Rhles of Civil Procedure, from a ruling of this court, filed May 21, 1979, denying defendant Gygax’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. In the alternative, defendant Gygax requests clarification of the court’s order denying his motion to dismiss.
