This case was an action for damages arising from personal injuries allegedly suffered by plaintiff when her automobile collided with a pickup truck driven by defendant’s decedent, Walter Brinker. Trial to a jury resulted in verdict and judgment in favor of defendant. Plaintiff Patricia Baker appeals, alleging two instructional errors.
