The plaintiffs are appealing from the trial court’s refusal to award them any damages stemming from the abandoning and reletting of certain premises located in Rocky Hill, Connecticut.

The factual situation here does not appear to be in dispute. The defendant leased the above premises from the plaintiffs’ predecessor in title for a period of five years commencing September 1, 1966.
