MERRITT, Circuit Judge.

The trustee in bankruptcy for a general contractor appeals a decision by District Judge Joiner declining to set aside as preferences under § 60 of the Bankruptcy Act payments made by the contractor and by the owner of a construction project to subcontractors within four months of the general contractor’s bankruptcy.
