Plaintiffs, Lawrence and Marie McIntyre, the appellants herein, filed this action alleging that defendant Northern Ohio Properties, Inc. (hereinafter “NOP”), by and through their agent, defendant Steven Holett, an appellee, discriminated against Lawrence McIntyre solely because of his physical handicap, in violation of R. C. 4112.02(H)(1) and 4112.02(H)(4).
