Massachusetts Appeals Court August 15, 1979 (McCormick v. B. F. Goodrich Co.)

By this action the plaintiff seeks to recover for injuries he sus*886tained in a motor vehicle accident, allegedly caused by the inadequacy of the tires sold by the defendant for use on a truck driven by the plaintiff. The case was tried in the Superior Court before a judge and jury. The judge allowed, in part, the defendant’s motion for a directed verdict.
