This is a suit for damages for personal injuries. The plaintiff, Luke J. Governale, was operating a pickup truck which was struck in the rear by a dump truck owned by the State of Louisiana, driven by defendant, Paul Suire, and insured by the defendant, The Travelers Insurance Company.
