Defendant, Guy John Allies, was charged with four counts of deliberate homicide and tried by a jury in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court for Yellowstone County. A verdict of guilty on four counts of the lesser included offenses of mitigated deliberate homicide was returned, and judgment of conviction was entered.
