RENFREW, District Judge.

On September 30, 1975, plaintiffs Linda Eldredge and Christine Mazur filed this sex discrimination suit against defendant Carpenters 46 Northern California Counties Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (“JATC”), alleging that defendant had violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(d).
