OPINION

DIMOND, Senior Justice.

This is a dispute between two workmen’s compensation insurance carriers as to which is responsible for the payment of disability compensation to an injured workman, Roger Spencer. The Alaska Pacific Assurance Co. was the carrier for Fluor Alaska Co., Spencer’s first employer, and Home Insurance Co. was the carrier for Peter Kiewit Sons’ Co.
