—Plaintiffs, Richard and Susan Tennant, husband and wife, appeal from a judgment which dismissed their complaint against defendant Boyer and Cox Realty, Inc., and which awarded them damages in the amount of $1,525.50 against defendant Dorothy M. Lawton, presently known as Dorothy M. Hultgren.
