MEMORANDUM OPINION
TEITELBAUM, District Judge.
Defendant Otis Elevator Company (hereinafter “Otis”) entered into a labor agreement known as the National Coal Mine Construction Agreement with the plaintiffs (hereinafter “UMWA”). Article XXI of that agreement contains a mandatory grievance-arbitration procedure.
