This case involves an application by Hansen Storage Company (Hansen) for ad

ditional authority under a contract motor carrier license. The application was denied by the Public Service Commission (PSC). On review under Chapter 227, Stats., the circuit court vacated the order of the PSC and ordered that the amended license be issued.
