Koppers Company contracted with the plaintiffs, Nobs Chemical, U.S.A., Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Nobs”) and Calmon-Hill Trading Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Calmon-Hill”) to purchase 1000 metric tons of cumene.
