HALL, Justice.

Plaintiffs Roger Brecheisen and wife, Annette Brecheisen, filed this suit against defendant Rey Lerma under the provisions of the Deceptive Trade Practices — Consumer Protection Act (V.T.C.A., Bus. & C. § 17.41 et seq.) alleging that they had been damaged in the sum of $12,000.
