Appellant, Larry H. Lawrence, pleaded guilty to the charge of assault with intent to do great bodily harm without malice and was sentenced to one year in the county jail. Before imposition of sentence appellant filed a motion to withdraw his guilty plea, which was denied by the trial court. Appellant appeals the trial court’s denial of the motion to withdraw his guilty plea.
