I have a very different view of the issues presented on this appeal from that set forth in the opinion of the court.

In my opinion this was an exceptionally well conducted trial. Two seasoned trial lawyers tried the case with care and skill. An attentive, scrupulously impartial Trial Judge presided with conspicuous ability.
