Memorandum: Plaintiffs commenced this action against the defendant fire insurance companies, Aetna Insurance Company and Royal Insurance Company, and Policy Advancing Corporation (PAC), a premium financing agency, to recover damages for a fire loss which occurred in December, 1971.
