THE ACTION

This is an action for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff Robyn G. Haggard on December 17, 1973, arising out of a terrorist bombing while she was a fare-paying passenger on board Pan American Flight No. 110 at Rome airport prior to its scheduled departure for Beirut, Lebanon.
