MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff filed his complaint in this lawsuit, alleging race-based employment discrimination, on July 5,1977. He had filed a complaint with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on October 28, 1976; and obtained a Right-to-Sue letter from that body on June 21,1977.
