This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Donald Besette, as next friend on behalf of Christine Besette, from the judgment, dated February 13, 1981, of the District Court of Ransom County dismissing Besette’s complaint, upon a jury verdict in favor of the defendant, Enderlin School District No. 22 (the School District).
