This suit for copyright infringement comes before the court on cross-motions for summary judgment. Defendants Stephen A. Glasser and Lynn S. Glasser have filed a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. The Glassers, the

and defendant David C. Beckwith have filed a motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
