Plaintiff commenced this action on August 9, 1979, alleging that the Eight-Wood Motel was a nuisance pursuant to MCL 600.3801; MSA 27A.3801, in that it was "being used for the purpose of lewdness, assignation or prostitution, or used by, or kept for the use of prostitutes or other disorderly persons”.
