Supreme Court of Alabama January 9, 1981, 79-810 (Ex Parte Boley)

The parties were divorced on September 1, 1970. The divorce decree approved an agreement of the parties whereby the defendant-husband promised to pay the plaintiff-wife $300 each month for child support. In 1978, the plaintiff filed a petition requesting an increase in child support payments. Her request was denied, and no appeal was taken from the judgment.
