OPINION

CLINTON, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order rendered under authority of Article 44.04(d), V.A.C. C.P. increasing the amount of bail required of our indigent appellant, who ironically has been continuously confined since the date of the alleged offense in lieu of giving bail in the amount originally fixed.
