This matter comes before the court upon petitioner’s petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 and § 2254. Petitioner is currently confined at the Larned State Hospital after a verdict of not guilty by reason of insanity on a first degree murder charge.
