Thomas Edward Leonard (the “Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, Pub.L.No. 95-598, 92 Stat. 2604 (1978) (codified at 11 U.S.C. §§ 101-1330 (Supp.III 1979)) (the “Code”) on July 9, 1980.
