MEMORANDUM OPINION

This case is brought before the Court on a motion by the Standing Trustee, James J. O’Connell, Esquire, to examine the payments made by the debtor, Thomas E. Richardson, to his counsel, Perry L. Crutchfield, Jr., Esquire. The trustee and the debtor are seeking to recover the entire amount of payments made by the debtor to his attorney.
