Presently before the Court is an appeal from an order of a bankruptcy judge entered in a reclamation proceeding. Appellant, Jefferson Bank (“Jefferson”), initiated the reclamation proceeding to have determined the voidability of its security interest in the property of the debtor, Devault Manufacturing Co. (“Devault”).
