This is an action for violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621

et seq.

Plaintiff, Samuel Avakian, who worked for defendant for over nineteen years as a supervisor in the radiology department, alleges that defendant, Trinity Memorial Hospital of Cudahy, Inc., forced him to resign at age fifty in violation of the ADEA.
