Plaintiff Joseph L. Sogluizzo, appearing pro se, brings this action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964,

charging defendant with discrimination by the denial of union membership and job referrals and retaliation for making an administrative complaint, all based on national origin (Italian) and “not being sponsored by anyone in union.
