This case comes before me on defendant Kelco’s appeal of the October 8, 1980 Order of Judge Balick of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

That Order denied Kelco’s motion to dismiss for improper venue and lack of personal jurisdiction and, in the alternative, to transfer the proceedings.
