FACTS

On June 27, 1980 Richard N. Clark, Sr. and Marlene A. Clark filed a joint petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. The first meeting of creditors was held on October 3, 1980. The trustee’s Proceeding Memo reports the value of the debtors’ real estate to be $19,500.00. The trustee approved the § 522(d)(1) exemption of $15,-000.
