llene Allen appealed from a judgment based on a jury verdict rendered on a personal-injury lawsuit in the district court of Ward County. We affirm.
The incident giving rise to the underlying action in this appeal was an auto accident wherein Allen was injured while a passenger in a car driven by James Williams.
