Jerry Jones appeals his conviction by bench trial of three counts of violation of the Indiana Controlled Substances Act.

Jones and Gertrude Edelen were jointly charged with three counts of possession of narcotics. The information was filed September 30,1975. On October 1, 1975, Jones entered a plea of not guilty.
