This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction of John A. Nye for one count of sexual assault, contrary to sec. 940.225(2) (e), Stats. Nye also appeals from the denial of his post-conviction motions seeking a new trial. The complaint filed against Nye alleged that he forcibly had sexual intercourse with his then-fourteen-year-old stepdaughter.
