Per Curiam.

Defendant was charged with criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, MCL 750.520d; MSA 28.788(4). Prior to trial, the trial court heard arguments on the prosecution’s request to admit evidence of a prior similar act. The court heard the testimony of one Ms. Beard concerning the alleged prior similar act of rape by defendant and granted the motion.
