Per Curiam.

Respondent, admitted to practice in the Second Department on March 20, 1974, pleaded guilty in Bronx County Supreme Court, on July 1, 1980, to one count of theft of services from the period of April 29, 1976 to August 1, 1976, in violation of section 165.15 of the Penal Law of the State of New York, a class A misdemeanor.
