Judgment was awarded below to Producers Grain Corporation on its suit against Wilson for an outstanding indebtedness of $60,714.12. The corporation alleged fraud, misrepresentation, knowing issuance of insufficient fund checks, and Wilson’s purporting to act for a corporation that did not exist.
