Shreveport Production Credit Association has appealed from the judgment rejecting its demands against The Bank of Commerce for recovery of the sum of $31,894.14, together with interest and attorney fees. Plaintiff was the payee of a check in this amount drawn by Dr. W. L. Ryder, on his checking account with the defendant bank.
