PER CURIAM:

In this claim, submitted for decision upon the pleadings, claimant seeks payment of the sum of $98.76 for merchandise purchased by the respondent for which no payment was received.

The respondent admits that the claim is valid and that sufficient funds remained in its appropriation for the proper fiscal year from which the obligation could have been paid.
